Noelle
Noelle’s greatest joys in life are her family and good food. Coming from a close-knit family, she’s often found organizing game nights or joining in on bar crawls with loved ones. A true foodie, Noelle is the go-to person for restaurant recommendations, always on the hunt for the latest and greatest spots in Cleveland.
While we'd probably label her as a “workaholic”, she also knows the importance of balance and will plan small trips here and there to have a different scenery. Every now and then you’ll see her log into a meeting from a much warmer destination.
Jay
Jay’s creativity knows no bounds—whether he’s painting stunning works of art or whipping up culinary masterpieces in the kitchen. A talented artist, Jay proudly showcases his pieces at home and in his annual gallery show. And let’s talk about his cooking for a second—this man is a grill master. His smoked creations are legendary, and we’re lucky enough to enjoy the leftovers he brings to the office (seriously, it’s a perk of working here).
As a dad of two young kids, Jay seamlessly balances being an incredible father and our Director of Growth Strategy. He never misses the chance to pick his daughter up from school every day—just one of the ways we make sure family always comes first. 
Kendra
Kendra has a heart of gold and a knack for giving back. Whether she’s lending a hand to family, friends, or even strangers, she’s always looking for ways to make a difference. As the President of Hudson Kiwanis, Kendra pours her passion into creating a positive impact in her community.
But that’s not all! Kendra also has an impressive green thumb. She’s our resident horticulturist, keeping the office plants alive and thriving. She’s also known to gift plants. Thanks to her, we haven’t had to buy houseplants in years!
Jodi
Although Jodi’s kids have grown and flown the nest, she’s embraced a new kind of motherhood—as a proud dog mom to an adorable golden retriever puppy named Mr. Beans. And let us tell you, he’s the cutest! Like any puppy owner will agree, you can’t leave them alone for too long unless you’re ready to replace your flooring. Thankfully, Jodi can flex her hours to work remotely when needed, ensuring Beans stays on schedule with his bathroom breaks (and keeps the house intact!).
When Jodi isn’t at her desk, you’ll probably find her shopping for the latest additions to her wardrobe. With her impeccable taste and keen eye for fashion, she’s hands down the most stylish one on the team!
Lindsay
Lindsay is an avid tennis player who never misses an opportunity to hit the court with her friends after hours. Her passion for the game goes beyond casual matches—she regularly competes in tournaments, bringing her competitive spirit and dedication to every serve.
When she’s not smashing it on the court, Lindsay is busy planning her next adventure. Her love for travel has taken her to incredible destinations, including out-of-country escapes that leave us all inspired (and maybe a little jealous!). We’re always eager to hear the exciting details of her latest trip—it’s like traveling vicariously through her stories!
Rebecca
Rebecca is all about soccer, staying active, and living her best healthy life! As huge soccer fans, her family doesn’t just watch the game—they play it. With a soccer goal set up in their yard, you can often find them teaming up with neighbors for some friendly competition. It’s all about fun, laughter, and a little friendly rivalry!
When she’s not on the "field," Rebecca is busy living her healthiest life. She loves whipping up nutritious recipes that are as delicious as they are good for you. And let’s not forget her workouts—Rebecca’s always finding ways to stay active and keep moving.
Rachel
Rachel’s frequent travels often revolve around cheering on the San Francisco 49ers—her brother-in-law plays for the team! We love hearing about her trips and all the exciting details, from the games themselves to any celebrity sightings along the way.
When she’s not on the road, Rachel is all about family time. She loves spending weekends with her husband and three sons, whether they’re out on the boat or planning a fun family adventure. Rachel knows how to make the most of every moment, both at home and away!
Karri
Karri thrives in the great outdoors, spending her weekends camping and exploring with her kids and husband. She’s also a passionate cook who loves whipping up meals that bring her family together around the table.
When it comes to her children, Karri is all in. She’s deeply involved in their lives, always finding ways to support and connect. Whether she’s volunteering for school parties or reading to their classes, Karri makes sure to be there for the moments that matter most. 
Jan
Jan knows the value of good friends and great stories. As a member of a book club, she finds joy in connecting with friends over wine and literature.
But her social life isn’t limited to book club nights—Jan also enjoys discovering new restaurants where she can dine in the company of her beloved dog, Brinkley. If you’re ever in need of a dog-friendly spot, Jan’s your go-to for recommendations!
