Meet our Managing Director
Janalee Silvey earned her BS degree from Miami University, majoring in Finance and Business Economics. After a few years working in corporate America, Jan went back to school, eventually completing her MBA with a Marketing Concentration from Case Western Reserve’s Weatherhead School of Management. She graduated first in her class and received the coveted Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement in the process.
As a topnotch professional marketer, Jan quickly climbed up the ranks, obtaining the respect of many renowned brands in America and abroad. Some of the prestigious names she has had the honor of working with include Rubbermaid, Bath and Body Works, and Nestle. While working for these companies, Jan applied her skills in Management level roles, becoming responsible for such gargantuan tasks that included the management of research, product development, product launches, sales support, and marketing communication strategies.
Jan has always set her sights far beyond the corporate world. Always wanting to start a business of her own, she built Front Burner Marketing as a means to use all the knowledge and experience she has acquired throughout the years to help any size business generate leads and increase their revenue through the application of the right blend of traditional and cutting-edge marketing technologies and strategies.
Jan understands that marketing automation is an enormously effective way to grow a client’s lead base and nurture them into becoming actual customers. Working with marketing automation software HubSpot early on, she worked to solidify our company’s association with HubSpot as a value-added partner, and soon as a Certified Partner Agency.
Jan is meticulous about the way our organization selects its client base. This is her way of ensuring that an atmosphere of mutual respect, commitment, hard work, frequent and pleasant communication, and– rather importantly–humor welcomes us whenever we go to work in the morning and permeates the office throughout the working day.
